Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not accept exchanges 48 hours after the item has been delivered.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
